Zaytoun was created to develop a UK market for premium quality fairly traded, organic artisanal Palestinian produce from small-scale farmers in Palestine so supporting farming communities through trade rather than aid.

Their products:

·      Olive oil (the world’s first Fairtrade certified olive oil)

·      Medjoul dates

·      Maftoul (a nutty Palestinian grain made from bulgur & whole wheat flour)

·      Freekeh (a smoky grain created from spring wheat)

·      Almonds (raw, caramelised & chilli almonds)

·     Za’atar (a traditional Palestinian herb mix)
